Hannan High School Is Introduced To Six Graders

Monday, January 11th, some of Hannan’s staff and students took a trip to the Mason County Elementary Schools, Ashton and Beale Elementary, to introduce Hannan to the upcoming seventh graders. Administrators, Dr. Oldham and Mrs. Kammer, attended the trip, as did the special education teachers, Mr. Hudnall and Mr. Wallace. Abigail Bush, Jamie Burton, Caleb Shaw, Allen Plants, Samantha Mayes, Tyler Jenkins, Alex Edmunds, Brian Chapman, and Cassie Parsons, Hannan high school students, also attended to present.

To introduce the six grade classes, the trip attendants described events, sports, clubs, and courses available here at Hannan. They also passed out a previous edition of the Hannan’s Journalism Department’s newsletter, the Paw Print. They did a wonderful job representing Hannan and we hope to see a great number of the elementary students come to Hannan.
