The Financial Aid/FAFSA workshop has been rescheduled for MONDAY, January 25 from 5:30 – 7:00


Please see the note below about items you need to bring. Some students have picked up a paper copy of the FAFSA to begin filling out the information. If you need a copy, please see Ms. Jordan.

You will need the following items to complete the FAFSA:

Student & Parent(s) Social Security Number (can be found on Social Security card)

Student & Parent(s) driver's license (if any)

Student & Parent(s) PIN (Personal Identification Number-If you do not have a PIN, apply for one at www.pin.ed.gov)

Student & Parent(s) 2008 W-2 Forms and other records of money earned

Student & Parent(s) 2008 Federal Income Tax Return - IRS Form 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040TeleFile, foreign tax return, or tax return for Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia

Student & Parent(s) 2008 untaxed income records - Social Security, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, welfare, or veterans benefits records

Student & Parent(s) current bank statements

Parent(s) current business and investment mortgage information, business and farm records, stock, bond, and other investment records
